Our god and father in heaven, we pray for peace and comfort for anyone that suffered loss or injury in this tragic accident. Please be with emergency workers involved in the recovery efforts today. We thank you that it was not worse than it was and for the quick response of people on the scene and in the hospitals that assisted with rescuing victims. We pray for your continued guidance in the days to come and understand that your will is not always clear to us. Finally, we pray for the recovery of anyone still in need of your healing, Amen.

I have a house with a set of stairs that someone dug to get into the basement. The wall of the basement was broken through and a door was added. I want to replace the door with cinder blocks and fill the stairwell in. I had the same problem in my attached garage. I hired a company to fill in the stairs and build a wall to fix it but at $3000 I can't afford to do that again. Even if I could the job they did wasn't that great as I had to support the framing myself after they said they were done.

The foundation is still under the door and solid. My thought is to drill some holes, add some rebar and build a wall. Am I crazy?

A non certified judgement has been placed against my seller's property. According to him there was no monetary awards in the case. We have a buyer to buy the property but the title company is asking to take 10,000 at closing for a month and then return it to him if it is unclaimed. Is this a good idea? He is very concerned? What would be the best course of action r this?

I do believe in God and I am a Christian. I just think it is arrogant to believe that there is no other life but us. Has it ever crossed your mind that maybe God has created life on other planets and just chose not to say it in the Bible. I mean the Bible does not tell us everything. Maybe God just chose not to let us know. There r billions of different gallaxies, what r the chances that we r the one and only life God has created? Maybe He has other "earths" He created, and they have their own Bible too. I think is is so arrogant to belive that we are so superior that there is no other life God has chosen to be is His image but us. I am not saying they are other above us, but equals. Just kinda like our neighbors,...

Contrary to what is read in the comic books being struck by lightning, falling into a vat of radioactive waste or being bitten by a radioactive spider is not the best thing in the world which can happen to you.

I recently had an early miscarriage. I wasn’t planning on having a baby and me an my boyfriend are not TTC. I been told it happens all the time and it wasn’t even a “real” pregnancy cause even though the egg was fertilized it just didn’t implant properly. They called it a Chemical Pregnacy. I was even told by my mom to get over it. I don’t know whats wrong cause we’re not planning to have kids just yet. I’m 24 and he’s 25 we want to have a place of our own an get married before we have kids. I know it wasn't ment to be but I can't help but feel sad. Just last night I was watching a show about a girl who adopts and later finds out she’s pregnant and I just couldn’t stop crying. Why do I feel this way and when’s it gonna stop? Any personal experiences will greatly help. Thanks

I used to have a lap top and could always use my dial up internet at the same time that my daughter was using her broadband internet on her pc.I am now using a desk top pc and the only way i can used my dial up is to turn off my daughters broadband modem .has anyone got any idea why this has happened.

My son's local band is starting to take off and I would like to help them. They have been playing backyard parties and have had a couple of gigs at The Wire is Upland. Christians what happens to non-believers when they die? Correct me if I`m wrong but the Bible says that the Good people who accept Christ as their lord and savior go to heaven - And the demonic evil people go to Hell.
What about the indifferent non-believers? Not asking you to defend Christianity, I just want to know what It says in regards to this?
