Breeding goldfish isn't rocket science, but on the other hand takes careful planning and care. The most important thing to have is knowledge of course. Since there have been more than a few books written on the subject of breeding goldfish, you can imagine that even a good overview of the subject is beyond the scope of an answer here, so I would like to refer you to some sites with some good info on the subject as a starting place for you.

You are not there yet. You need to go get some books. Breeding goldfish is for very advanced hobbiests. If you had read anything about goldfish you would know this. Here is not the place to start.

You can't keep a black moor in a 5 gallon tank for any more than 1 or 2 months, they need 30 gallons +10 gallons for each additional fish at bare minimum. Their growth becomes stunted and it becomes a slow and painful death. Goldfish are also much too dirty to be kept in a 5 gallon. Please do your research BEFORE getting a pet.
