As I walk all my life drifts before me
And though the end is near I'm not sorry
Catch my soul 'cause it's willing to fly away

Mark my words believe my soul lives on
Don't worry now that I have gone
I've gone beyond to see the truth

When you know that your time is close at hand
Maybe then you'll begin to understand
Life down there is just a strange illusion

Since you show you are not Christian by your statement 'if there's a god', then the person who says, "God be with you" is not a Christian either.

To say 'God be with you' is, in essence, saying 'God speed'. They would not say such a thing without proof of your being part of the body of Christ, so they cannot be Christian.

If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, (that we walk after his commandments) receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:

For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

Well everyone will die sooner or later. Based on your scenario, you must be receiving a death sentence for murder, so that is something you have to take responsibility for. That has nothing to do with God.

Well did you kill/rape someone?
Not necessarily letting you die, just letting human law take its course.

Cheers & hope you get an appeal!

It depends on what your crime is. There are those crimes that require the death of the perpetrator.
