I have a butter-colored couch. Brown chair. Turquoise accents. Lots of chocolate accents too (including adjacent dining table). I was thinking of doing the walls in a cocoa color. Suggestions welcome. Thanks!

I have recently purchased several irons for my wife. None of them get hot like the old one she had. They are all steam irons and have the nonstick plate. Has anyone else had this problem? I have tried GE, Black and Decker, and Sunbeam. None of them get hot enough to use the adhesive hem tape.

Ok, I am going to the pool in a little no time to get smaller tampons I have tried everything to get my tampon in there. I am 12, I have had my period since I was 10 1/2. I need to get it in. I have a platex sport tampon. I dont want to hear I am too young I am very active and cant miss any more practices. I DANCE, as in I wear a leo. I cannot wear a pad to practice. So will someone please tell me how to get it in.

Really, what do they teach in those fancy schools? Mindless idealism?

I knew as a teenager that people in the middle east were bitterly factionalized, and have been for thousands of years...

It started as only 2 little bumps that I thought were ingrown hairs. Now I have about 15 and they itch and hurt. I got them the day after I went swimming in Lake Michigan, but that could just be coincidental. Any suggestions as to what these may be would be appreciated! sorry this is gross..haha

If it isn't already. Many people stated that America was headed for dictatorship by the end of Bush’s second term. Do you believe that they were correct? Whether any American has civil rights will be decided by the discretionary power of federal officials. The public in general will tolerate the soft dictatorship as its discretionary powers will mainly be felt by those few who challenge it. the last chance for for Americans to reaffirm the separation of powers that is the basis of their civil liberties. I don't feel the need to do that.I find my spirituality in nature.I was raised Roman Catholic,and found mass actually distracted me from finding peace and solace in The Greater Power,what with the gossiping ladies sitting next to me and the priest asking for more money,etc.

I have choreographed a dance that involves wearing a long dress for part of it. The dance is modern so their is a lot of floor work. I am used to wearing pants while dancing and am worried about tripping, and or tearing the dress. The dress hits approximately an inch above my ankles.

Ok last week my G/F was backing out of a parking spot and she was scrapped by a lady speeding down the parking lane. The other lady placed a claim stating if was my G/F’s fault. The insurance company is also stating that its my G/F’s fault because of Texas law. Well this seems like BS to me. I understand she was backing out of a parking space but if a car is parked on the side of you and if you don’t have x-ray vision your not going to see a oncoming speeding car. There for I feel it’s a 50/50 fault. Because I was always taught to watch for cars when driving down a parking lot.

So can any point me into the right direction to find proof with what they are stating is correct?

I am 39+ weeks pregnant and being induced on Saturday morning; pending nothing happens between now and than. I was wondering for those of you that had pitocin inductions...how long in to the induction were you before you received an epideral if at all? I've heard that most woman that get the pit drip inductions pretty much get the epideral before the induction it self starts? What is your experience and what advice do you have for me on Saturday morning?
