This is a conversation between a boy and a girl who are friends. The words in parentheses are they’re thoughts.

Girl: Hi, how was your day? (Probably spent with another girl)

Boy: Oh, it was okay. Just went to the movies with Chloe.(Who is no where near as wonderful are you). How about you?

Girl: I was at work. Nothing interesting really.(I wish you would come visit me on my breaks)

Boy: Oh. (I wish I had the guts to stop by and see her at work sometime)

Girl: So, tell me about your girlfriend…. (Who will never be me)

Boy: She’s great, she’s pretty cute and fun to be with. (But she’s nothing compared to you)

Girl: Sounds like she’s asome! (I would go so far to have you love me)

Boy: Yeah, she is pretty cool. (But do you know how far I would go to have you?)

Girl: Do you love her? (Why did I ask that? Oh my God I’m so stupid)

Boy: Well, she is my girlfriend. (No, I don’t love her. I love you.)

Girl: Well, duh, of course. (What does she have that I dont)

There was a dramatic case of global warming about 15,000 years ago during glacial retreat. Many ecosystems were displaced or destroyed and and sea level rose dramatically. This is just one instance over the last billion years or so. Climate is always changing and who is to say our current one is best for humans? The problem is that our society has developed with the assumption of no change. I promise climate will change someday, and dramatically, no matter the cause. How would we be reacting if global warming was proven to be nature-based? And if global warming is universally bad, is global cooling universally good?

We need to be focusing on long-term planning to adjust to it, not the cause. Fire away, alarmists...

As I say, this isn't a religion question, but it doesn't seem to fit anywhere else, so I thought I'd post it 'at home'.

I've been getting a vibe all day today. It hasn't been very specific with facts, but it feels like something's trying to make me aware of a hidden truth.
I have no idea who or what about, but I get the feeling that something I have been told in the last few days has either been a lie, or a deliberate attempt to hide the truth.

But at the same time I'm reassured that I will eventually know (both the truth, and exactly what this deception was), and that I will fully understand the reason for it. But I also sense disappointment, but it could be unrelated.

And by the way... I am as right wing as it gets and yes i support our troops, namely because I'm am going to be one soon enough... I always told people my bodytype is curvy, and it is. I am about 5'4, 105 pounds with big boobs, a super small waist and bigger hips, hourglass like. When they would see me, they would say "oh, I thought you would have been really fat!" But when did curvy become a nice way to say fat?

I have two weeks in scnadanavia. I am planning on starrting my trip in Sweden where I will be staying with some family, but I am looking for some fun things to do (nightlife, cool stuff to see, concerts, etc...). My siblings and I have agreed to take over our parents finances and health care before it gets to a point that they don't understand. But, I have a horrible feeling that we are doing something wrong. Women might get emotional, a bit hurt. But from my experience men take rejections far more seriously than women. They become down right vindictive. I've rejected few guys from the past. One guy wouldn't stop emailing me..calling me crazy, this other guy had anger issues, this one guy was in denial, he couldn't believe that I was rejecting him. He tried to point out my flaws. So why is it that women blame themselves for being rejected and men seek revenge?

I have hardwood floors and I need help cleaning them. I've spent hours on my hands and knees with the orange glo and hardwood cleaner fron linnens & things. with the orange glo I can't seem to get the foot prints off and it leaves the floor sticky but, the linnens & things brand leaves streaks like there's no tomorrow.

...please help me...
