I agree with Isla but Josh and Luke are so over used. Check out some other ones for boys.

Isla is a stunning name! So unique! But Josh or luke... I think they're a bit too common perhaps. But you've got the right way of thinking about the name Isla...Good Luck anyway!

I think Isla is a really weird namee. For a girl I would say Addie is a cute name. Josh and Luke are to common. You need somethin like Noah or somthin like that.

Isla is great for a girl, but personally? I think Josh and Luke are nice, but a bit too common.

The name you give your child can impact his or her future success in life.

Psychology Today published a study that surveyed over 500 Human Resource managers and over 150 college admissions counselors at competitive admission universities. The results showed that a person’s first name was a large factor in determining whether or not a person made it past the initial screening process for hiring or admission. People with odd or unusual names were more likely to be rejected while people with certain names – which Psychology Today termed “power names” – were more likely to pass the initial screening. Here are the top ten “power names” as rated by Psychology Today.

I love Isla!!! So pretty

Not so keen on Josh(ua?) or Luke - they are lovely names but just way too popular at the moment and I like something a little more unusual.
