What bills are trying to be passed that will give Bush more and more power?

I'm sorry to keep asking these questions. But, my liberal friend keeps coming at me with these random accusations against Bush. And, because I haven't seen the ghost stories I haven't read them. And by the way... I am as right wing as it gets and yes i support our troops, namely because I'm am going to be one soon enough... So, please, I dont want anymore hate messages about being a left, because I'm on your side!
