I am making a website and I was wondering if there was any legal trouble having the same domain name but a different .com or a .net. It will be a dating tips website. Will there be any legal troubles i should look out for? Please list.

a junky walks into a corner shop and asks the man
" have you got an cat food?"
the assistant replies
" oh no, i know what you're like you dirty b*~ggar, show me a cat and you'll get cat food !"

the man pulls a cat from his pocket and show him it. he gets the food

next day, same junky, same shop
" can i get some dog food?"

" show me a dog and you'll get dog food ".. hauls a dog from his toher pocket and gets the food..

NEXT DAY, the junky comes in with a huge parcel.. wrapped and bowed and lays it on the counter..

the assistant says
" whats this now ? "

junky says " present for you "..

the assistant opens it up, and there lies the biggest pile of p*ss and crap you've ever seen

" can i get some toilet paper ? "..

I as a muslim know that justice is supposed to be for all, no matter the religion. If a person is wronged, that person deserves justice no matter what. An oppressor and the oppressed are not the same. Does this say anything to you?

I live in Florida. My huband bought me a beautiful bird of paradise plant this past mother's day. This plant was purchased at a flower shop supposedly facing a southern exposure. I placed it in my house in a ceiling to floor window facing north. I'm not a plant novice, so this one has me perplexed. It has started to decline and it seems that everything I'm reading regarding their care is controversial. Should they be watered deeply and allowed to dry out or should they be kept moist? Should they have bright light or full sun? I've since moved it outside in some sun, but the leaves are now starting to curl???

I'm going for an ultrasound on thurdays to check my ovaries for PCOS. If the tests come back clear the doctor said she will refer me to a gynacologist to look further into why I dont have a regular period. What will they do there as I am ttc.

I'm thinking of applying for jobs out of state with my degree, a history degree. Places like Colorado, Missouri, heck even Montana, because I want to use my degree. I mean I earned the degree so I want to do something with it.

I live in Texas also and am trying not to get too far away from where my family lives. But I'm open to moving far away if that can get me a job in my field.

What do you all suggest?

I just got notice today from a police officer that i had a returned check in dec 06 for $55.00 and must appear in court, even if i pay this in full before the court date i must appear in court. Whats involved with a 1st degree misdeam for passing a bad check? It should be illegal to give random drug tests. What people do in the privacy of their own home should not be tested. It is a voilation of the 4th amendmant and I can not stand companies that practice that. How do they get away with it?
