I as a muslim know that justice is supposed to be for all, no matter the religion. If a person is wronged, that person deserves justice no matter what. An oppressor and the oppressed are not the same. Does this say anything to you?

"Second: The Holy Quran insists on a conception of justice which is not limited by race, color, belief, or nationality. Allah says:

When you judge, between people, judge with justice: verily how excellent is the teaching which Allah giveth you! T.Q., Sura 4, The Women, verse 58.

Allah furthermore tells all believers:

O ye who believe! Stand out firmly for Allah, as witnesses to fair dealing, and let not the hatred of others to you make you swerve to wrong and depart from justice. Be just: that is next to piety: and fear Allah. For Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do T.Q. Sura 5, The Table Spread, verse 8."

Islam teaches that justice is blind; and should solely be treated with the wrong and the right, not taking in account whom we are faced with. I am not a perfect Muslima, but inshallah, I know I try my best to serve justice equally. That;s why when all those things were happening between Muslims on here, and I was receiving e-mails which told me to be Kind to the Muslims on here, even if their posts are going Islam... because they are Muslim... I firmly said NO. Muslim or not, someone doing or saying something wrong is qualified to receive the same response as anyone else. How is it fair if we always respond to non-Muslims in a manner of correction, but when a Muslim does it, not all, some Muslims say we should be tolerant. NO. We are supposed to JUSTLY guide them. Because if we truly love our brothers and sisters it's our job to say when something is wrong. This is what parents do for us.. guide us when we are wrong... and since all Muslims are siblings in Islam.. we must guide each other and everyone else, as we are family.

O mankind, We have created you from a male and a female and have made you into nations and tribes for you to know one another. Truly, the noblest of you with God is the most pious.Truly, God is All-Knowing, All-Aware. (Quran, 49:13)

...And act justly. Truly, God loves those who are just.(Quran, 49:9)

...And let not the hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be just: that is nearer to piety.... (Quran, 5:8)

The Prophet Muhammad said: {People, beware of injustice,for injustice shall be darkness on the Day of Judgment.}

{On the Day of Judgment, rights will be given to those to whom they are due (and wrongs will be redressed)...}

EDIT--
Don't you love it when people on here DONT answer the question, instead jump to conclusions and begin the stupid generalizations of Muslims. And the person who said women don't have equal right.. do some research before you talk. It's like a blind man saying the color blue is ugly or something.

EDIT--
White~~
Everything is upto Allah, yes. But we are to represent him by doing what he likes. He likes justice, so we to our ability try to serve it as well as possible.. the rest is upto him.... Truth and justice go hand in hand. SO if you believe in speaking the truth, then you are in a way being just. Justice is not the slave of definition.

The problem with the Islamic system of Justice is simply that all of the laws and justice are based on Islamic teachings. While it may be applied in some places equally to all, the problem is that not all the world is Muslim, and the Koran deems it wrong to not be so.

Laws need to be secular, allowing anyone to practice the religion of their choice, and the rules of a religion should apply only to those who practice that religion. To expect non-religious people to follow the rules of a religion is wrong.

All it "says to me" is that you have learned to talk the jargon...too bad that Muslim justice isn't equal for women. I'll bet those young girls who were machine-gunned down for attending school in Afghanistan along with their female teacher were happy to die for your beliefs and your sense of justice. http://www.sparcpk.org/news_june_afghan.php Does it bother you at all that each time you ask a question, you sound like some sort of programmed cultist? Now, go ahead and report me so I can lose my 10 points (to muslim justice)....don't worry, I can spare them. It's worth it to speak my mind every once in a while. I love how you always ask for opinions and then report everyone who disagrees with you.

Muslim justice reminds me of the book, Animal Farm...remember "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others." Orwell was a wise man.

NOW, you can wait for some other Muslim to answer with about 100 quotes from the Koran and you can give him/her best answer and they will do the same for you later this afternoon so you can all keep your "top contributor" badges.
