about 20day ago,I`ve deleted some video files.bout 5 movie file.each one was 60min.how can I recover them?is there any software.I didn`t backup them before I delet them.My drive format is NTFS.Help

Nautical Baby shower poem (for a girl)?
I made a cake for a baby shower for today and their theme is nautical (for a girl baby!!!???). Can some one help me come up with a short but sweet poem to set next to the cake? In answering a question of mine recently, someone by the name of Andee wrote;
"..who have had a buildup of plaque containing cholesterol on the sides of their arteries who had to have a physician go in and scrape the plaque off the sides of the artery to allow blood to flow more freely"
I was wondering if Andee, or anyone else who knows of this procedure could tell me what the name is and how it is preformed. I am keen to learn more about this, please.

My sister was my Mom's power of attorney who passed last June. It appears that she took all her money plus she is My Brother's power of attorney as he is diabled and in a facility. Well she spent all of that money too. They are threatening to put him out and she is up charges for that but we can not find out how much money my Mom had. She and her daughter are also living in my Mom's house til it goes out of probate which I did not like. Now I hear rumors that she did not pay the common fees so is risking that as well. What can my sisters and I do? She is divorced and their house is closing in Sept and she gets half after all the bills are payed. We are at a loss as the attorney kept telling us that my sister had everything under control. This lawyer did not do her job as far as I am concerned and should be sued as well. There is four girls and a Brother not just her as heirs and she has lost all of my Mom's worldly goods. What recourse do we have?

If I can sell my current one, I will be getting:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 (new 1333 fsb speed)

2GB Crucial Ballistix DDR2 800
EVGA 8800GTX (OOOOOOOO BABY)

so my question is do you think I should wait a little bit and get tommorow's technology i.e. is there anything worth waiting for within the next month or two like price drops/introduction of new stuff? Thanks a lot

and I noticed that my answer to the question "should the McCann's be prosecuted for leaving the children unattended" has reveived two thumbs downs.

My answer was "yes, its child neglect" which leaving kiddies unattended whilst the parents go out drinking, most obviously is!

What I want to know is this, was I given the thumbs down because I dared to say (what thousands of others are also saying)? or is it because the people giving the thumbs down, think its ok to leave vulnerable babies alone, and go out drinking?

Most people turn a blind eye to this, but it is so important. Historical Church commentaries provide what this verse actually reads as, "Then a voice from heaven was heard: 'Thou art my Son, today have I begotten Thee'. Not only is this correct version shown in Hebrews 1:5, Psalm 2:7 but it is documented in nearly every early Christian writing by church fathers and just inspired Christians pre-Nicene (4th century A.D). Why do you think it was changed and why do you think it has never been corrected within our bibles?
