Either Jesus' death was voluntary; in which case he commited suicide, a sin to end all sins? OR his death was involunatry; in which case he got caught by Roman soldiers and they hung him out to dry, thereby not sacrifising himself for anyone's sins. With the Roman soldiers it was involuntary, without them it was suicide. (Thanks for that Locust) If you can't see the contradictory nature of accepting both answers, then you shouldn't answer until you've given your brain a kick start first.
