ok im just going to get to the point, im 18 years old and i've never had sex. am i weird? all my childhood friends all have kids or are pregnet, all my friends now have sex

Nope nothing weird about that. Most of my friends were virgins then (some still are) as was I. Yes I believe the average age when people first have sex is slightly younger but generally those are the idiots, I hate to break it to you but in almost all cases teenage pregnancies are a bad idea. Just be patient, it'll happen when it does, don't rush into something just to lose it. There's nothing wrong and it's entirely possible some of your friends are lying. Another thing it's not normally very enjoyable when youi're 15 or 16. I know some people who were doing it then and they were just crap, wasn't such great sex apparently not to mention it usually all ended in tears on the emotional involvement front. Nothing weird about you.

Not weird at all...on the contrary it's AWESOME. Instead of having your first experience be in the backseat of a car or the couch of your boyfriend's parent's house with some guy that you probably will never speak to after high school, your first time will be with a mature (well as mature as a young adult guy can be :) ) guy that you hopefully really care for. I think it's great that you've saved yourself and not given into peer pressure. I was a virgin when I got married (22 yes old) and don't regret it.

You may be a bit developmentally delayed in terms of your sexuality, but that's nothing to worry about. Remember -- you can fix this any time you want to. Once you realize that, life gets better. Use protection, though, because nothing is worse than pregnancy.
