If so how does it work ?
Can you just arrive without an appointment and get your passport renewed.
I have looked at their site but no good info I did call the 24 hour phone line but it was all recorded message.

My fiance and i are moving out of our townhome in october.

We don't have good enough credit to buy a home so we were looking to rent a house.

We came across this beautiful duplex .. one side of the duplex said "Buy Or Lease".

What steps do we have to go through to lease this?
Harder to lease then to rent a home?
Is it pretty much like renting except the money goes towards buying it?

Any info would be great, thank you.

Authority unchecked is a terrible thing. However, authority constantly challenged is made lame. We need leaders and authority in practiclly every area of our life. How do we rectify this problem? How should leaders be held accountable to the people they are serving while still leaving them the ability and freedom to walk out the unique vision they have? I always forget things.. There were times when I forget my adress...and I've known it for a long time. Or at work when the client explains me something on the phone.. I pay attention but after he is done..I forget everything he has said.

when you are waiting for a bus home after a few hours in the pub...You are standing there waiting for the bus to come and you end up bursting for a PP...so you hop over the fence into someone's garden to relief yourself and the bus drives by you in mid flow...and you have to wait another hour for another bus to come or head back to the pub for more drink(what a great excuse lol)...
