i have a piece of land my aunt gave my mother in 1977, i got it from my mother.....the 5 girls, sisters, split the land .......
38 acre split, mother got 5.27 as each did, now my neighbor bought some property from my cousin in 1996 and is claiming half of my 1.3 acres because my uncle did not sign the deed in 1977,
is it true that before 1983 either party could sign the deed wthout the other?

i had the dozer work done to remove all the trees from the bottom in reference, now my neighbor is threating to sue me for 5000.00 for that, i am disabled and what do i do, please help me...

Today I had my rear suspension fixed by one of my mother's friends who is a mechanic. I had posted a previous question about my power steering making a really bad rubbing noise. Well the mechanic looked at my power steering and told me that it wasn't filled with power steering fluid and that it was filled with transmission fluid. He flushed it out and put some power steering fluid in and now it sounds wonderful. My question is are you actually supposed to place transmission fluid in you power steering? I had been taking my car to a place called Tires Plus and they put it in. I thought that a so called chain of car repair places weren't supposed to put anything in your car that you never asked for.

I am considering going for a PhD in clinical psychology but I'm not that's interested in research (and I don't want to go for a PsyD because I heard that it can limit your options). I was wondering if their were any PhD programs that emphasized clinical practice over research.

My husband cheated on me with his ex girlfriend once and mother of his first two kids while i was pregnant with our now 17 month old son. It killed me because i suspected and asked him for 2 years before he admitted the truth and of coarse because it meant that he'd still had feelings for her at the time. I also found out from her that he had told her he loved her and wanted to be with her and all this on the night they were together. This is highly upsetting being that i still have to deal with her bc of the kids. He was my first serious and true love , i was head over hills. ever since he has admitted the truth i feel as though i still love him but i still cannot look at him the same even though its been 2 years since it happened. I tried to leave 3 times but he kept begging and crying and since we have built so much together i couldn't leave. why can't i bring myself to leave someone who hurt me so much and any advice on how to get through it if i stay?

ok so i'll start at the begining. i got off the pill a little over a year ago. since then i've had lighter periods and no cramps. its been great! starting july 1st my fiance and i decided to try and have a baby. i calculated my last period and it said i was due to ovulate somewhere between the 28th of june to july 5th. so from the 1st through now we have not used any protection. i was due to have my period on the 17th of july but here it is the 27th and its not here. i started having my usual pms symptoms about a week and a half ago. usually, moody, and not my breast but my nipples always hurt around this time. well two days ago i started having menstral cramps but no period yet. like i said, since getting off the pill, i no longer have cramps. anyway i took a pregnancy test on the 15th then another on the 25th and they were both negative. i do think i have heightend senses, but that could all be in my head. could i be pregnant even if the test 8 days late of my period was negative?

The frontline doesn't work like it says that it should. I put it on them almost a month ago and I'm still seeing live fleas in their fur. I called an exterminator and it's too expensive to have them do my house so I bought carpet powder and did the house with that. I'm still seeing fleas. One of my cats was laying in bed with me and when he got up, I noticed all of the flea stuff (blood and eggs) all over the sheets. How do I stop this cycle that we're in and what is the best product to keep the fleas off of my babies (cats). Thank you.

I want to put some new rims on my car. I am not if I can do this my self. I have a lot of experience changing bicycle tires. To change a rim on a tire i know it has to be the same size. Then when I take the tire off and blow the air out, will I be able to take the rim out easy? And just slide the new rim in? Or is it more complicated than this? Any answer woud be greatly appriciated, thanks

My son is 16months old and for the past 2 weeks he has hardly eaten a thing, stuff he used to like now he spits out and the things that he will still eat he hardly touches and then he's off. I know they say that they will eat when they are hungry but it has been so long. He loves milk and I catch him in the fridge with the gallon of milk in his hand and pointing to his bottle. Yes I know I need to wean him off his bottle, I did a horrible thing and gave him a bottle when I stopped breast feeding at about 9 months. He drinks at least 3 bottles (about 8 ounces) a day and he still has numerous wet diapers and poops at least 2-3 times a day and it's not really watery or dry, any advice on this situation would help, thanks
