Ummm...Yeah?
Hello, 17 is 17. Doesn't matter how soon will be 18. You are a minor until the day you turn 18. However, if you are caught, there is not much can be done, but if you are, who knows what could happen?
Why would anyone be dumb enough to risk it? Is it really worth that 2 months of sex for the possibility of having to go to jail and have a record that will trail along with you for the rest of your life?
Get real people. Think with your brain, not your genitals!

Depends on what state ur in. Some southern states might not, but most likely yes, he would go to jail in most states. Plus, he'd be on the Sex Offender Registration List. Is a piece of young *** worth that? Soo many women over 18 to get with.

Depending on the laws of the state you're living in, it actually depends on the age of consent in the state. If she's still 17 and the law says 18 is the age of consent, I'd say YEP, he can go to jail as late as the day before her 18th birthday.

yes. i know it doesnt make much sense because it is concentual but if the girls mom decided to do something about it she could unless the girl said they never had sex then what can they do it isnt illegal to hang out with a 17 year old no matter how old the guy is but there can be no sex till she is of age. there is no such thing as statutory rape in colo if that is were you are they just call you a child molester, sad but true.

Defintely sounds like 288 P.C. to me. Bottom line is that you can't have sex with a person until they are 18. If the person is about to be 18 but she is just 17 by one second, such person can still be charged with stuatory rape.

Depends on the state's laws age of consent, and if the parents really dislike the guy enough to want him to go to jail.

Depends on the state. Check your state laws. Many states have consent ages of 16 and 17.
