Officially it's 5' 6", however there more interested in you being able to complete what is officially the toughest basic training course in the world.
You should also be aware that the vast majority of Royal Marines are 6 foot plus. I served 11 years and only new 1 or 2 guys who were smaller.

Yes they cannot be over 8 feet tall as they risk getting hit in the head by helicopter blades!!

doesn't look like it, or they don't make it obvious if there is - see website link below ..... make an appointment with them, don't ask don't get etc ....
seems to me height is the least of anyones worries, looks bloody hard work but good luck to you - any member of the armed forces has my respect & you do get to travel to some cool places, must be a great experience if you can hack the training/disciplinary structure ..... best of luck !!
