I want to know the address of the immigration court that handles cases of people trying to keep their green card by making accusations against their spouse, so I can send them a letter with my side of the story.

My Filipina wife wants to divorce and keep her green card by accusing me of abuse. How can I inform immigration of what she is doing?

Immigration has nothing to do with it. You need to convince the judge hearing the divorce case of your story. If the divorce judge rules that you aren't abusing her, then she won't be able to give immigration that story.

Sorry for your problem, I truly wish you lots of luck. My son went through the same thing with his Eastern European wife.
He called the INS but they weren't very interested in helping him since she already had her green card.
She was smart and got her paperwork done in Europe at the Us embassy while my son was back in the states working his butt off for her.
They only lived as a couple for 2 months before she pulled that abuse crap. The real truth is that he was abused mentally and physically by her. She broke her hand while pounding his head!
Please, do everything you can to stop her since my son was too weak to go any farther then make a phone call to the INS.
We saw later that her plan was to use him just to get into the states and then find a richer man.
When my son was at court, the baliff told me that she sees this abuse charge going on all of the time so that foreign women can use it as a tool to stay in the states while dumping their husbands..Good luck and don't give up...

What you should do is go to the Web look up Homeland Security and the Immigration website should be there. You can find out what the nearest immigration office is.

You can also check the white pages of the telephone book, they have a blue section for government offices go and look under United States government, then check immigration section and they should have a toll free number to call.

Once you get the telephone number, they you call the dept and ask them how you should proceed with you complaint.

I hope this information helpsl

That is a civil matter to be handled in a State court systm, not in the Federal immigration offices. The best thing you could both do is to go back to the Phillipines and make better lives for yourselves there.

I get the feeling the whole thing was planned on her part. Not much you can do. Your word against hers. If you married her you must have loved her. Its bitterness on your part trying to get her deported because you can't have her. Give her a break, forgive and forget and move on, you'll only get high blood pressure and a ulcer fighting a losing battle.
