My car was in the shop from me hitting another car but when i got it back my horn didn't work when I pressed the lock twice. I thought it was that but If I press on my horn in the car it won't sound.

How do I fix this witout taking it to the shop?

I looked in the manual but it didn't help me.

I read this interesting bit of trivia this afternoon. I also read that no one knows why a duck's quack doesn't echo. If there's any brainiac out there who might have an explanation for this phenomena, I'd love to hear it.

Which is 90 percent of the people here.

Heres a question. So many of you get in a fit when someone is to buy from a backyard breeder, you say "get from a reputable breeder, or get one from the shelter they need homes"

Besides the obvious facts like health issues and stuff why do you discourage so much from buying from Byb's. Your not going to be able to stop bybing. Don't these pup's need homes to? If these pups dont go to a good home guess what happens, they end up in the very place you say to get a dog from. The shelter...I would venture to say most pure bred dogs in shelters are from back yard breeders. What's the difference in getting one as a pup or waiting untill it's in the pound? I would much rather take in a byb dog knowing I was going to care for it..then some ahole getting it...not liking something about it and dumping it off.

I think some of this mentality comes from a smugness..that having the 1500 dollar dog makes you look like high society. Im against byb by the way.

I am nearly 36 and was dating a guy who is 29. Almost 7 years older than him.
But we never noticed the age difference and neither did our friends/family.
In fact he thought I was younger than him when we first dated (I guess I have youthful genes, live clean, no sun, used to Model, high cheekbones)
He also was more mellow, mature and together than me.
So we totally balanced out.
The problem was he was almost TOO good to be true.
Very handsome and very rich. I dont care about money, because I have my own. But other girls in our small town go nuts for him. Even though I have lots going for me, I let it get to me.
When we started having sex it was the BEST, he always looke din my eyes. Finally when he got serious & admitted he loved me and could see us getting married/having kids soon I freaked out. I pulled away which hurt him & everything fell apart.
We broke up but I notice that he checks my online new personal ad every time I add new pics. He must miss me. Should I go back

I attended a company party this weekend and met a great guy that I figured wasn't into me started buying me drinks. He kept his eye on me and we non-verbally communicated with our eyes. The thing that confuses me is that he never went ahead and made a move. Also, should I send him a thank you note for the drinks he bought.

sees that you're shy...maybe even awkward at times, does he somehow know or highly suspect that you're a virgin?

At a certain age, do ppl. just assume that you're not even if you're shy? (I'm 21).

p.s I'm waiting for marriage by choice. It's great b/c it weeds out jerks who are only in it for sex, but bad b/c it weeds out genuinely great guys who think sex is an important component (eventually) in a serious relationship (and hey, I can sympathize; it's not like this is the 1950's or some highly traditional 3rd world country...)

I went this afternoon to hand in my resume at a few stores in mall. I went to hand in my resume (for a cashier job) to the manager at a clothing store. The manager talked to with me for about 5 minutes about my availability. She also described to me about the overtime and how much I had to be committed. She sounded really nice and everything. But I'm just wondering, if she was wasting her time to talk to me about all this, does this mean the chances are high that, that store is hiring right now? and if so, does it seem like they want to hire me? should i expect a call for an interview for about a week or more?
