Not possible. Your new visit visa application will be rejected by the Immigration department instantly (on the same time of applying if you are having an existing visit visa). The first visa has to be cancelled before applying the new one. If you are currently in Dubai on visit then your new employer can apply for a new visa as soon as your exit from Dubai. If you have not been used the previous visa then it has to be cancelled prior to apply for the new one.

Good luck.

Well ur qn is not very clear... still lemme try to answer from what I've understood.
First of all no visit visa shall be issued two times w/o first being cancelled. Sometime mistakes happens and by fluke or luck 2nd visa is issued but in such case at the time of exit airport immigration will somehow comes to that 2 visit visa issued in same passport from different companies. Under such circumstances you and both the companies shall be in trouble. You will be held responsible for hiding the fact that u've two visit visa. 1st company is answerable for not cancelling ur visa and 2nd company is anwerable for issuing visa w/o 1st being cancelled, knowingly or unknowingly.
The best solution is to exit from country and fax the copy of exit stamp to the 2nd company so that they can process ur visit visa.
Still I would suggest you to contact the PRO of 2nd company and tell how u and in who's visa u entered in the country and why u want new visa of his company? I'm sure he will help u out w/o any legal complications.
