Not if you can convince them that you didn't know it was a fake. They will, of course, confiscate it and ask for information about where you got it. If you can't convince them, it is fraud, and you are in big trouble.

Once you have been arrested and convicted of attempted fraud (though if you ask me you should be charged with criminal stupidity instead), I expect you will get 20 hours Community Service ..

Needless to say your chances of ever getting a job anywhere near money will be somewhat reduced :-)

Yes. They will come after you for the money and you could be arrested for passing a bad check.

Well, they'll DEFINITELY realise that it's a fake. As to whether you'll be, ahem, "on trouble" well that all depends on your reaction I suppose.
