My car was in the shop from me hitting another car but when i got it back my horn didn't work when I pressed the lock twice. I thought it was that but If I press on my horn in the car it won't sound.

How do I fix this witout taking it to the shop?

I looked in the manual but it didn't help me.

I would take it back to the shop that did the repair first and let them fix it. They have already charged you for the repair.

There is also the possibility that the car is still under warranty and you could take it to the dealer and let them fix it.

Before you take it in, just be sure that the wires are hooked up to the horn. The shop may have unplugged them while they worked on the car.

the fuse for it is in the fuse panel ,but they may have left the wire off of it ,is the reason it may not be working, since you payed to have it fixed id take it back, they are liable for it,you can check the fuse and see if its hooked up,good luck with it.

take it back to the shop. it's probably the horn was damaged in your accident or it's just unplugged. they should fix it for you free of charge.

I know u don't want to take it back to the shop... but that is the thing to do...

you didn't get what you paid for...

this could get messy with you messing with it,,
then they will blame you.. and they will refuse to fix it without charging u again....
