I am nearly 36 and was dating a guy who is 29. Almost 7 years older than him.
But we never noticed the age difference and neither did our friends/family.
In fact he thought I was younger than him when we first dated (I guess I have youthful genes, live clean, no sun, used to Model, high cheekbones)
He also was more mellow, mature and together than me.
So we totally balanced out.
The problem was he was almost TOO good to be true.
Very handsome and very rich. I dont care about money, because I have my own. But other girls in our small town go nuts for him. Even though I have lots going for me, I let it get to me.
When we started having sex it was the BEST, he always looke din my eyes. Finally when he got serious & admitted he loved me and could see us getting married/having kids soon I freaked out. I pulled away which hurt him & everything fell apart.
We broke up but I notice that he checks my online new personal ad every time I add new pics. He must miss me. Should I go back

Age is just a number. If you think that he is the right person for you, you should think about getting back together with him. In life there are no "do overs". Life is too short, if this guys makes you happy and you can see yourself spending the rest of your life with him, what is the problem. You better catch him, before someone else gets lucky. What are you afraid off, your off age, you shouldn't be afraid to take a chance on love. Sounds like his Mr. Wonderful, Good Luck !!!

ahhhhhh honey yes totally!!
Go back and tell him everything. Tell him how you felt and how you freaked out.
Tell him you had this time to think things over and that you are ready to take it to the next step.
If both of you miss each other then you should be together.
But don't tell him right away, first talk to him again and find out how he feels. Tell him what happened and if he wants to give it a nother try then you will know.

I don't understand why you pulled away from him, and I don't understand why you're considering going back. Perhaps you're one of these people who don't wants what you have and wants what you can't have? I had a friend whose partner pulled away everytime they got close and tried to get close every time they were apart. Finally, he couldn't stand the game playing, and left for good.
I would figure out if you truly want to be with him and are truly compatible and in love, or if you want him b/c he's good looking, good in bed, wealthy, and a guy lots of women in town chase after. What are your true motivations for wanting him back?
If your motivations are healthy AND you're not going to pull back from him again if he wants to get close, then try to get back together with him. But keep in mind, he might not want to get back together.

Talk to him and explain that you were a little scared. If he truly loves you and wants you, he will accept that and work with you. If your not ready to commit and have kids, talk. Thats the best thing for a relationship. He is showing signs of missing you. But don't show your desperate and NEED him.

well why did you freak out since he mentioned marrage? And he is probably wondering if that is so why are you on a dating site? Go talk to him tell him you need to slow down and just enjoy each other as b/f g/f and that you arent ready to jump into marrage. I think you are insecure about yourself and broke up with him before he broke up with you cause you think he is goodlooking and women flock to him. So my suggestion is call him or go to him and talk it out. good luck. hope it works out for you.

I think that you need to tell him all that and not us. That would be a good start. Yes I think that you should try to get him back. If he loves you and you love him you will make it work.

Are you ready for a change or are you going to bolt again.If your not ready than tell him so,than if he wants to see you than he knows where you stand. He might not want the head trip again. Your call.

i read about your face sctructure what you have going for yourself, his looks and money which doesnt matter to you as you mention it while you mention he has lots of it. i have not read anything about his qualities as a person or what you have given him for him to come back.
