I had to quit piano for several years due to some issues when we were moving. Now I can start piano again, but I pretty much forgot where the keys are, and I can't read my theory no more....I've lost big confidence in myself. I really want to play exciting songs like Alkan Symphony for Solo Piano or Allegro Barbaro again. Do you think i can recover back my skills?

I had a very excellent recruitment agency tell me that I've been temping for too long! (I'm a medical secretary). I now want to move on from this onto something more permanent now. Ok i'm going out sunday and where i'm going has water and i want to take a dip but one problem i have my period and i just started complaining about how i couldnt get in the water then my mom said try a tampon!!! i NEVER used a tampon before!! and i'm thinking if i use one it may get lost or it may get to big from me getting in the water!!! that question i'm asking is have anyone EVER used a tampon while getting in water??? if so does it get lost or bigger??? or what please give me feedback!!!!!!!!!!!!! Question : Vendor Gifted Deposit Transfer Figure?
Question Details: If buying a property for £100,000 -to include a 10% vendor gifted deposit (so borrowing 90,000), what is the transfer figure for exchange of contracts?

My solicitor says 100,000 for tax and land registry purposes

Sellers solicitors says it has to be the net figure... I understand this to be incorrect as the property is valued at 100k with the mortgage lender, and they are lending 90% loan to value, so it will go through as being sold for 100k with land registry..

the sellers solicitors seems to think this is wrong..not sure if they are just suspecting mortgage fraud due to the size of "deposit"... one of her points being her clients liability for capital gains...well to my knowledge you pay capital gains on profit, not on gross income, the 10% seller gifted deposit can be put down as an expense against the figure of 100,000

Can anyone shed any light on the matter please?

i have a couple of femail guppies, and i noticed that they have a dark spot near the bottom . i know this happens when it is pregnant but how do you know when the guppy is goin gto drop the fry ? besides the fact that they get somewhat slower and hide often, how do you know when to seperate the guppy into the breeder ?
