You HAVE to use a tampon in the water. That is one of the reasons they were created. It won't get lost or bigger. I have been swimming with tampons for at least 10 years and I have NEVER had any problems. You'll be fine.

I have used a tampon when swimming and nothing has ever happened. Tampons cannot get lost inside of your body. I have read in many different places that all say the same thing that tampons cannot get lost inside of the body. The tampon won't get any bigger then it normally would either. Just relax the tampon won't be a bother and if inserted properly you won't even know it is there.

the tampon won't get lost or expand because of water. You should practice with the tampon before sunday though. just remember to take the top off the tampon (no plastic).

OK first the tampon if inserted properly won't expand due to the water. i suggest Playtex gentle glide. they go in easy-er than Tampax. since u have never used a tampon before i would choose a box of regular with a plastic applicator. you'll be fine

using a tampon in water is not a problem.i have been swimming many times with a tampon in.as long as you dont leave it in 2 long (maximum of 8 hours...but i normally leave it in for 2-3 hours most) you will be fine.you cannot lose a tampon inside as the hole inside is far too small to let it through.

sure you can use it in the water, it will get bigger but it will never be too big to be removed don't worry...and there is no way it could be lost in you for the simple reason that it's too big to get into your Uterus! it cannot get deeper than you vagina, this is simply impossible...just make sure that you remove it as soon as you get off the water, it is suitable to change it for a dry one in order to avoid any risk of infection...
so enjoy your dip and don't worry!
