Bare feet. I've made the choice a year ago and decided not to wear incubators on my feet. Shoes provide the perfect environment (warm, dark, and moist) for bacteria and fungus to grow. I love the freedom, comfort and health benifits I'm enjoying since I became a full time barefooter.

depends where I am? If I'm welding and I have showers of hot metal pieces falling around and I risk dropped 200lb parts on my feet? Or maybe I'm working with my military reserve unit and we're patrolling an urban area with barbed wire and broken glass? Stinky feet, I can wash them off when I'm done. But they'll still be attached/not burned/crushed/ripped to shreds.
Other wise, I'l kick my shoes off.
