i have to where it all the time except for when i eat

i want to make muffins but i dont want to eat many calories. it is m y day off, i usually dont eat these. anyways if i use whole wheat flour, and substitues half the oil for applesause, how many calories would be in ther emore or less...is it worth it

Do real artists count on inspiration? Because, I've been known to make beautiful paintings and works of art when I'm truly in the mood and have an idea and am inspired. But, without it, my drawings suck. Do I really have any talent? Should artists be able to make masterpieces WITHOUT inspiration?
