Hi,
We gave a piece of land to our daughter, who is receiving NC state assistance(money) for herself and her two children. Since then we have found out she can not have property valued over $2000.00 and not live on the land. The land is used for farming and until her sister built a house on the piece of land next to Margaret's track of land, (that is still used for farming) wasn't really valued at much. .All the land was farm land to begin with that has been in the Warren family for over 150 years. My husband wanted to go ahead and give his girls the farm and he divided it three ways as a gift. Now she is all upset about us giving her the land and her not being able to get the help she needs to help raise her girls. She is a totally disabled person and unable to work. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can help us figure this one out. How do we take the land back without it appearing as if we are trying to defraud the State of NC????

Is it because I consider all I am not to be part of me and am that it is a part of me not me external or internal of me and or in the case of other a variant of his creation, rather an entitiy or big bang still a singularity of all that exists, existed, ever will exist. I have about a 30 year old boat with a 15 year old 70HP motor...it is fairly small that seats 4 comfortably(It says it seats 8 though cause the seats fold down. I use it on my lake. It is not a bowrider. I need to know because I want to know if my son(130 pounds) Could barefoot water ski behind it. It does not have a speedometer. PLEASE HELP.

Please help. I work in a nursing home and workers were only allowed to smoke outside in the garden anyway, but since the smoking law the matron has now decided that you are not allowed to smoke in either the front or back garden, which basically means you have to stand over the road to smoke, there is no problem with that. We have rules on tea breaks, where you are not allowed to leave the prememsis, but on lucnh breaks you can go out, so now you are only allowed to smoke on your lunch break as this is the only time you can leave the building. Can the (non smoking) matron just start this new rule about not smoking on tea breaks, surley you are allowed to smoke in the back garden and no one can stop you.
Please Help!

Hi,
I will try and not be so vulgar but for a while if not ages I have had problems pooing, I have been up to the point where I will not be able to go for 5 days, Once more I can fart for ages and really badly without trying it just happends. Its annoying me and the mystery is I will not need to fart in public places but when I get home i just cannot stop. I have tried dulcolux which does not do anything for 2 to 3 days and most of the time at the end of the week i will poo 3 to 4 times in a single day

Why is this happening to me what can I do to stop it

One final note when I do fart I will fart for a couple of hours and then seconds later i will be deperate to have a poo what is going on

If anyone could tell me what the problem is and what I can do about it that would be great

Ok, I'm 3 days late with no sign of my period. I have taken two negative test and today my lower back and hips have started hurting. Not like cramps, more like I threw out my back. Last night my husband noticed that my stomach was more firm than it usually is (usually really squishy). It's still like that almost 24 hours later. It's not gas. Could these be pregnancy symtoms and the test are just wrong? We are ttc so it would be great if I were pregnant.

Does anybody know if anyone has speculated or even theorized on the possibility that other solar systems have their own Oort clouds.
If so, could the cometary clouds of different solar systems intermingle and/or disturb eachother.
Like say, if two solar system's Oort clouds clashed could they cause the destruction of one of the Solar Systems.

I'm staying over at my brother's house because my parents are on vacation to Mexico, and I'm sleeping in my little nephew's room that's colored blue. The theme is castles and dragons. On the bottom of the wall it's painted to look like a wall's castle top, painted grey. My parents often leave town and leave me with my sister but that's when I was in school. So they decided to leave me at my brother's so I would have some company when she left to work. but this is the first time that I felt really bad last night. Last night was the first time ever sleeping here. My brother isn't here either so it's just my niece, nephew and sister in law. We get along well and everything. But I don't know why I just feel so bad being in that room. I relocated to the kitchen because I have to do online homework. I just couldn't concentrate and I felt really bad in that room. could It be because of the color? I know color has to have something to do with it.
