LOL .... I've always said men aren't very good at measuring .... seems many of them mistake 4 inches for 8!! So that would be my guess on that one =o)

I have to differ with the whole "men read maps better than women." As a teenager I worked at a fast food place located on a turnpike. I had many, not just one or two, men come through the drive-thru, shove a map through the window, and ask: "Where am I?" and "How do I get here?"

My father was a truck driver and he taught me how to read a map (and read it well), and at 16 I could explain to guys (middle aged at that) how to get from point A to point B. I could also explain to them where they were at and estimate the distance to their destination.

Anyway, don't think I don't know where you were going with that question, but also don't think that men read maps better than women.

that's funny. i love that my hubby reads the map. Its actually a turn on when he takes charge and shows off skills i don't have. I feel protected and lucky that he's with me.

RIGHT ... sure ... haven't met a male yet that can read a map and figure out directions from it!
