The quality of the music, definetly David. Not only did he make 3 great solo albums, he also helped produce and collaborated with many other artist too.

Roger Waters has definitely done better solo. Have you heard the Pro's and Con's of Hitchhiking?

Roger Waters. He actually writes his own songs BY HIMSELF!! He doesn't just write the music and outsource the lyrics to the music producers. He also puts up one hell of a show. Plus, he hates Dubya (who doesn't these days), which gives him another strong point. OH GEORGE, OH GEORGE, THAT TEXAS EDUCATION MUST HAVE REALLY F*CKED YOU UP WHEN YOU WERE VERY SMALL!
