Washington - Constituents called Rep. Peter DeFazio's office, worried there was a conspiracy buried in the classified portion of a White House plan for operating the government after a terrorist attack.

As a member of the House Committee on Homeland Security, DeFazio, D-Ore., is permitted to enter a secure "bubbleroom" in the Capitol and examine classified material. So he asked the White House to see the secret documents.

On Wednesday, DeFazio got his answer: DENIED.

"I just can't believe they're going to deny a member of Congress the right of reviewing how they plan to conduct the government of the United States after a significant terrorist attack," DeFazio said.

Homeland Security Committee staffers told his office that the White House initially approved his request, but it was later quashed. DeFazio doesn't know who did it or why.

i really like these jeans but the zipper wont stay up... i THINK it has all the parts it should... its like the two sides of the zipper and at the top does one side have a little "stopper" or does both? mine has a stopper on one side and when i pull the two sides apart, it unzips.. and it shouldnt... how do i fix it? can i even do it myself?

I'm having problem with some basic 2nd order equations. The problem states, find the solution of the given initial value problem: 4y'' - y = 0; y(-2) = 1 and y'(-2) = -1. The ANSWER is y = -1/2e^((t+2)/2) + 3/2e^-((t+2)/2) Thanks for the help.

I've come to the conclusion that Love does not exist, just like God does not exist. This statement does not come from bitterness or being heartbroken...Well actually I'm quite heartbroken about this realization. I think that we've been fooled. Love is just a fantasy that we chase and it only becomes real when it suits our image or our desires. We feel alone so we create the fantasy that there is something / someone out there that "completes" us.

What are your thoughts on this?

I'm 13 and weigh about 96pounds and alot of people call me anorexic when i only have fast metabolism. Some people say im perfect the way i am but SORRY i dont like how i look. I want to weigh 108 pounds by the time i go back to school witch is in 2WEEKS! Except using protein and eatting TOO much (because i allready eat) PLEASE i need a profesional to help me with this serious problem i got. My program says the cd I inserted is not the original disk I used to install the program, or that there is a conflict with the emulator program, so I uninstalled it, then re-installed it back, (with the original cd) and it worked. Then after shutting down my computer, and turning back on, the same error occured again, what can I do to fix this problem?
