on paper you need to cause a caloric deficit of 3,500 cals to lose 1 lb of fat however in the real-world it does not work so easily.

there is a lot more to fat loss than just cals in vs cals out. the food selections that you choose is more important than just burning cals through exercise or by reducing the caloric intake by restricting the food intake
