Does an Arizona bark scorpion, which usually carries its tail held flat out to it's side, lift its tail above its back when threatened?

We get bark scorpions in our house with some frequency, and I am familiar with their appearance, but the other night I found a scorpion in my daughter's room that was on the large side and had its tail up over its back. Was this just a threatened bark scorpion, or a different species altogether?

This question is basically for someone who believes in God. If you don't then don't answer this with rude remarks. Anyways, for those of you who do ;; when do you think God is coming back to earth to get all the people who are saved ? I wonder how many more generations to come. I used to work for a online deal site (something like pricegrabber.com) and they made me sign a non compete agreement 3 weeks after I had already started working on my own deal site. I had to sign it at that time else he would make me quit so I kept hush about it. I since then got a new job last week. Being the paranoid jerk that he is, he hacked into my work computer and using a password recovery form was able to log into all my emails and private sites. That let him know that I had my own deal site. My old boss is threatening to sue me because I was developing something that would compete with him. What are my chances in court and will it be expensive? I am in Texas. Thanks and God bless

alrighty.....i know undoubtably that i am ready for sex-i've bought condoms and have considered all of the negatives associated with sex (STD, pregnancy, etc.)

so here lies the problem-abt 3 or 4 mos. ago-my g/f asked if she was ready for sex (in the question she said she was) but sum1 scared her w/ all of the negative-something like..."stds,pregnancy...did u forget those??"

both my g/f and i have talked about sex...she said she'd like to wait-but her question confused me

i am NOT looking to pressure her into sex...but we are both 16 (the age of consent in Ohio)...and we were both (@ 1 point)ready for sex)

i want an honest opinion:
(1)will sex change our relationship (mind you that we've been dating 1 year, have talked openly about sex MANNNNYYY times, and have even gone as far as seeing each other naked)

and two......my g/f teases me alot-like-ill be taking a shower and she'll look at me and say she wants to get in-but then she never does.....is that normal?

We recently went to Subway, and asked to have the Mayonnaise put on the bread before toasting, and the "Sandwich Artists" said they couldn't do it because we would get sick.

First, My mom has a recipe that bakes Mayo and Cheese and Butter on Garlic Bread... Never gotten Sick.

Second, I put Mayo on my hamburger buns, and toast them... Never been Sick.

Third, doesn't Quizno's toast the whole thing with sauces and all?

So is Subway training their employees correctly, is there something wrong with this practice? (On a USDA / OSHA level?) Also if you could post a link (I'm more interested in Facts then Opinions)
