I have a bad addiction to video games and using the internet. I cannot stop. My family has noticed just how much time I spend on both. I want to be more responsible with games and the internet but I just cannot control myself. I want to do better things in my life. Please give me some advice to help me get over these addiction. Thank you.

I was just about to listen to my music when all of a sudden a message appeared saying to save all my documents or else they'd be gone. It said something about remote (maybe remote access) and so I quickly right clicked on my computer and checked the remote and it was unchecked. So I knew no one was doing it. It also had a timer counting down from 30 seconds I believe. I don't remember much cause I panicked but now I'm on my brother's computer. Oh yeah I also checked the Sreensaver/Power on right click properties and nothing was wrong with that. Do I have a virus or something?? I've already scanned with SUPERantispyware, Symantec, Ad-aware, Trojan Hunter, and Spybot Search and Destroy on safe mode and nothing came up with any of them.

Note: All the above scanners are very good. I'm actually paying for Symantec and SUPERantispyware is the number one virus scanner. I use Zonealarm Pro and Comodo Firewall Pro so I see that there is no way for a virus. But is there??

My boyfriend hangs out with his friend who is a girl way too much. He sees her more than he sees me. He says that there is nothing going on, but I feel that he has feelings for her. I feel as if he cares more for her than he does for me. Am I overreacting? Am I wrong to ask him to end the friendship?

They were ok at first. Easy points, slightly fun. Now, they are just getting effing stupid. I'm not pointing any fingers, but come on. They are avatars. Either it's something gothic, sexy, a cartoon, or a picture that you can't even tell what it is! THERES NOT MANY GAMES YOU CAN PLAY WITH THAT.

response to nurse on awswer:
You MAY HAVE congestive heart failure. This is how THAT works: "Heart failure occurs when your heart muscle doesn't contract hard enough to pump as much blood as the body needs. "Failure" doesn't mean that the heart isn't pumping at all, just that it is failing to pump as well as it should. When the heart muscle has been damaged by long-term high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, a heart attack, or other conditions (such as injury or infection of the heart muscle), it is harder for the heart to pump blood.
Heart failure most often results when the left ventricle has been damaged. The left ventricle is the heart chamber that pumps blood out to the body. When the left ventricle is damaged (by a heart attack, for example), the weakened muscle doesn't have the strength to pump enough blood out. Blood left behind in the heart ventricle takes up space needed for incoming blood from the lungs. Yeh, got fluid everywhere etc. did too much diovon cause it?

I put new sheets on my bed. I can't remember the thread count if it matters. Anyway, only on my side of the bed there are these little balls of fabric, kinda like lint balls they are not on the other side so it is something from me. I have washed them and they do not leave. I was wondering if anyone knows what might have caused it. I was thinking maybe because I had prickly new growth leg and arm hairs from shaving, or my lotion. My boyfriend felt it and thought it was funny but this has never happened with any other sheets and why only on my side?? I washed them before we put them on the bed and the next time I washed them they appeared on my side and seem to have gotten worse. It's just strange...

I usually don't ask people to pray about stuff in my life, and i know that not everyone on here is a christian so if your not then please don't take any offense from my question..just ignore it.

But my grandpa has been diagnosed with lung cancer (this is my mom's dad). My mom is taking it really hard. He is also not saved. Please pray for him and my grandma, and my whole family. Also since my mom is out of town with my grandpa my dad and i have alot more chores that need to be taken care of, so we are getting pretty stressed out. We really need strength in dealing with this. Thank you for your prayers, you have no idea how much it means to me.

I think this article highlights the class differences that are dividing us against our selves!
What is normal...keep the poor out of sight? and out of mind?
I wonder what his relation is to this community?

My daughter began co-sleeping with her father and I very early on-- about 1 week or so. we didn't intend to, but she would fall asleep with her on our chest and we would end up falling asleep too. Then her father and I split up just before she was two. We both moved to new homes and she continued to sleep in our separate beds.

I have allowed this for several reasons: 1. It's just easier 2. Admittedly, I feel guilt about her father not being with us and she was definitely stressed but the split. 3. I feel like her inability to sleep in her own bed is my fault. 4. Her father has been unwilling to work with me and stop her sleeping in his bed at his house.

She is three now and it's is time she goes to her own bed. She will be starting pre-school in 1 month, where she will be attending full day classes. She is getting bigger. Plus... it's beginning to get uncomfortable for us (she thrashes around) and neither of us are getting any sleep.

Can I fix this with minimal stress to to her?
