my sons father in 96 did not uphold his vsatation rights , paid child support some over the years. 10 years later, comes back in childs life child does not want to see him what are legal grounds father has harrased mother and has criminal rec. please help told mother he was going to remove child from home . child does not even know what father looks like happy with step father. new he had a father but wants nothing to do with him. mother never stopped him from seeing child father did that on own also has problems in the law with other problems mother filed order of protection and back child support court made her..thanks

I think he's a disgrace to the game and is in no way one of the greatest players in baseball. His steroid use with the home runs he has aquired should not be counted in MLB stats.

the udnertaker got injured by mark henry after his title match up with batista in a steel cage match undertaker retained the world heavyweight title and then mark henry came out and started to hit the undertaker for no reason i guess then edge comes and cashes in his money in the bank which he got from mr kenedy and wins the world heavyweight title SINCE THAT DAY HE WAS INJURED

I am working with a temp agency to find employement. One of the recruiters called for a meeting tomorrow and I wanted to know if its inappropriate to to where a business shirt and slacks or should i still continue to wear a suit. I feel that its really not an interview and will still be in the casual range. Any suggestions as to if i should go business suit or business casual.

I recently got a new job which provides health insurance... but the problem is that my son around 12 years ago had cancer, he was treated and cured in another country several years ago. If i wanted him to be covered i believe my insurance payment will go up, If i lie and say that no one in the family has had cancer would it matter?

For what was supposed to be like a month and 6 months later we had to kick him out, well he started telling lies about us and causing a lot of drama in my family because he was friendly with some of my relatives, and my husband called him and left a message telling him to leave our family alone and stop creating drama in the family and how dare he do this to us after we were so kind to him...Well, during the time he stayed here he did some odd jobs for us for an always agreed upon fee that we always paid him. Now he calls my husband back when he knew he would not be able to answer and left an aggressive message claiming he was going to put a lien on our house for $7,000 worth of unpaid labor. This is an outright lie. Can someone do this? We do not owe him a single penny in unpaid labor, and he knows it. He is also collecting some form of state aid. I think you cannot do that if you are working? I think it's disability for an accident he was in. I am actually afraid of this guy. WWYD?

The bike has not been started for a long time until today, it will bump start in 2nd gear, but it wont start off the starter button. Instead it makes a very fast ticking noise, which is comming from the solinoid starter relay......is this because the relay is broken, or could it be that the relay is making this noise because of something more serious, like the starter motor itself being seized?? Other than this the bike is fine, and the battery is fully charged, any suggestions??

I'm not a huge fan of Al Gore's global warming crusade, but... if he got in the race, would it tip the race upside down? If he was nominated, would it guarantee a Democratic win in 2008?

I guess what I'm getting at is that I don't think that Obama can win, Hillary excites the right and is so polarizing, Edwards has leaned so far to the left and Richardson is kinda creepy. I think this is the Dems race to lose, but they seem so intent on losing it... is there anyone else out there that thinks Gore could ride in and win?
