At Bible study I found out that Lucifer(satan) was a very powerful angel, maybe even higher than an archangel.
I'd hate to hear the kind of music he made if he was the angel of music.

The Bible says that he had pipes. Ezekiel 28:13
"Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle (turquoise), and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets (timbrels) and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created."
Definitely sounds like the devil had built in music with his pipes. The devil was perfect until iniquity was found in him. The devil was the lightbearer or angel of light. You can read about him in Ezekiel 28.

In some stories he was God's most beloved Angel. My favorite is when Lucifier refuses to bow to Adam, saying "why should a child of fire bow to a child of dirt" (paraphrased) And because of this god got angry and threw him out. There are alot of stories to explain his fall, but the most consistant thing is that Lucifer was the angle most beloved by God.

No. Lucifer was the right hand of god and was first and most favoured of His children. He was the bringer of light and the morning star, when god said let there be light, Lucifer shaped it with the power of god. He was cast from heaven because he refused to bow down and worship man. yes, actually that was the first discovery of music.. it was invented by satans angels... but, that doesnt mean, that listening to music is evel.. altho some musicis evil... but there is good music too. my preacher actually preached on this a couple weeks ago.

Probably because dancing and singing are seen as ways of losing one's self in the moment...very devilish activity if you believe in such.
