but is there one that doesn't require an activation fee?? what other prepaid debit cards have you guys heard of? thanks a lot.

The activation fees are how the companies make most of their money. Every prepaid card issuer has them. Usually there is a fee to reload the cards as well.

That's soooo funny- you're completely full of crap. If someone like you was as rich as they CLAIM to be on your bio- what the hell would you need with a prepaid debit card? And worried about the activation fee too???? HAAHAHHAHAHAHAH- Are you such a loser you have to lie? That's really sad.

Never heard of one before, but I have heard of Secured Credit Cards. You can't use it until you deposit money onto the card, and can not spend more than is on the card.

If you're trying to improve your credit rating, this is one way to do it.
