Im trying to get bigger muscle and gaining more strength. Im about 116 right now. I started eating three times a day. Anybody have any other suggestions of what type of foods or proteins drinks I should get and what I should eat?

b. The life span of most animals on the Galapagos Islands are so short,
Darwin could watch changes in each generation.
c. The Galapagos Islands were unique in the fact no humans had ever
visited them and Darwin could see nature at its essence.
d. Charles Darwin noticed the animals must have evolved independently
from all other species on Earth because no similar animals or plants
could be found anywhere else on Earth.

I know this guy who shot someone for killing his mom and sister becuase the guy got away with it on account they said he wasent in his right mind but he only got 1 year in a crazy house so the guy i know went and shot him point blank one shot should he be put to death ?

wow. i just watched parts of this movie and have to say that i am more creeped out by "christians" than i have been ever before. does this seem to be more of a cult to anyone other than me? why do people want their children to have this "relationship" so badly that they have to brainwash them into beleiving these things? what the hell is that language they keep speaking??? if it sounds like a cult, they act like they're in a cult, and they pray like they're in a cult, then it must be a cult. wtf.

i'm a black girl and i like white guys. In this society it seems like being light complexion is beautiful.
