exercising helps in the long run. but in the short run it will create more muscle (which weighs more than fat), and you wont lose any weight (you will lose fat though, which is reward enough)
this is very extreme measures. you could fast. Drink an energy drink in the morning.(not redbull, drink a sport drink like isostar or gatarade) eat some veggies as well. drink no dairy products.. dont eat all day until before going to bed. drink lots of water all day to keep hydrated and to keep energetic.
Eat no meat. dont eat out.
after the week and you lose whatever, go back to a healthy, normal routine. fasting may have quick effects but its not good for you. dont fast regularly for more than a month, at least if ur not used to it.
when you do eat, (after breaking fast) dont eat too much. eat what you think is required by your body to function (you should know yourself well enough by now)
i can function on a couple of carrots and a banana
tip: banana is a healthy fruit with fibre and a quick energy source. i suggest you eat it only in the morning as fibre can make you crap faster, and you dont want to wakeup in th middle of the night to have diahorrea.

Brush your teeth and tongue if you feel hungry, it works! Drink water before a meal.Count to 100 before eating a snack that you dont need. Eat vegetables all the time. Fruit is okay sometimes, but its high in sugar so not too much. Chicken is very good as well with not a lot of calories. Then exercise for an hour or so most days, even if it is just dancing in your room :)

ok. brisk walk everyday for an hour (or 2 half hour sessions) And daily have cereal and semi skimmed milk, lunch: 2 pieces wholemeal bread, with masses of ham/chicken/prawns on & loads of salad on,Dinner: meat/fish and loads veg, and sm. baked pot. As much fresh fruit as you wish (not tinned) a min of 6 glasses water, If your still hungry you can have 1 pc wholemeal bread with cheese on. (No alcohol) Do this for a month you will lose a min of 10lbs. Good luck.
