hi can anybody tell me please can you overclock the quad 6600 kentsfield 2.4ghz cpu with the foxconn 9657AA motherboard ?

Core2 Duo overclocks better with Asus motherboards, especially the models on i965 and i975 chipsets.

to be honest i don't know and i don't recommend overclocking unless you know what your doing. i can play crysis all very high plus some mods making it look more realistic aka making more to load on pc i have a pentium d 3.00GHz and it will load kinda slow but not much. it won't freez frame just load slow. so i would say the C2Q Q6600 with zalman cooler, right now the best processor is amd, first true quad core but i stil go with intel witch plans to release 6 core cpu near september/october, i don't know yet if it's true but hey, it's technology, keeps upgrading
