I know this guy who shot someone for killing his mom and sister becuase the guy got away with it on account they said he wasent in his right mind but he only got 1 year in a crazy house so the guy i know went and shot him point blank one shot should he be put to death ?

he only got nutted off for a year!!!-proves he was in charge of his faculties at the time he murdered these poor folks-i would have done the same thing-good luck to the guy hope all goes well for him.

No He should not. But he cannot get away with it totally either. A crime of passion but a rightful crime. I would do the same thing if someone took away a loved one and got off with it.

only 1 year???!! Jeez what is wrong with the system these days. I don't think that guy should get the death sentence per say though.

Vigilante justice isn't right. But I don't believe in the death penalty for several reasons.
