Truly the greatest power forward the universe has ever seen, and ever will, is a prime example of work ethics, with God given talents, the visible yet non apparent efforts to achieve the pinnacle of greatness par excellence any man will ever achieve in one short life to live. Truly the savior of basketball in the post greatness era, writes his own page in the book of the history of sports of human kind in the post-historic age.

I myself think there is good in all religions EXCEPT the Catholic Church, I think that they are the most corrupt religion out there. Why are some religions so close minded that they think they have the ONLY TRUE religion? What do you think of what the Pope said and do you believe that your religion is the only "True" religion and why do you think that? Do you really think that God will only save one religion?
Below is a link to the Pope thing....

I just asked if today's Republican Party was for state rights or centralized federal power and all the con republicans said state rights.

My question is, since when?

The Party of Lincoln used the power of the federal government to force the southern states to end slavery.

The Party of Theodore Roosevelt used the power of the federal government to regulate big business, protect the environment, and help the American worker.

And...

Although today's southern conservative (CONFEDERATE FLAG WAVING) Republicans like to claim credit for what the northeastern/upper midwestern liberal Republicans did by voting for the 1964 Civil Rights Act, the act was an excercise in FEDERAL POWER over state rights. It was opposed by liberterians like Barry Goldwater (and his protege Ronald Reagan) for that very reason.

Cheerleaders work just as hard as any other sport, sometimes harder.

Some schools may not but the majority of squads work their asses off so they can compete,

I mean.. if you ever stop and actually look at their routines and think about it people couldn't do half the stuff we do.

So why shouldn't it be considered a sport, when we do twice what other sports do with even more risk?

As I approach my 70th birthday, I'm wishing i'd taken notes. I'd write a book about the dozens of little things I didn't expect about aging. Little aches and pains, vision problems, etc., those things are more or less expected. But what about other things? I'd make a little list, but I've forgotten them all. LOL. How about you?

I am seriously considering the career choice of an optometrist and I would like to know if anyone here is an optometrist! I am currently attending a community college to gain my Associate Science degree and I have been looking through various colleges to see where I should go! I would just like to know what other eye doctors have done for their education, how they were able to find a job, APPROXIMATELY how much the job pays, and if you truly do enjoy your job! Thanx so much!

Are their certain foods that are impossible to forget how they taste? Are complex flavors easier to forget than a "pure" elemental one. Are there even such things as a pure flavor. OH, maybe the ones we have on the different regions of the tongue as the pure flavors (salty, sweet, bitter, I forget the other(s) Mind you, we assume that the taste isn't connected to events in your life.
