Oh, please. If the best someone can say about the US health care system is that it is better than Cuba's that is very sad.
Cuba is a very poor country, largely because of 4 decades of economic embargo by the US. Of course they don't have the same level of sophisticated procedures that we do. But the fact is that they provide routine healthcare to everyone and the US has not figured out how to do that yet.

No, he took 9/11 rescue workers to Cuba to receive free health care they couldn't afford in the US. The point wasn't to get a better doctor, it was to get a doctor they could afford.
