I mean culturally of course, not racially. I'm still trying to work it out. Younger people in particular seem to lack the aggression, sour sensuality, pride and shame that characterize their English-speaking counterparts. Their attitude to their bodies is more natural. Can any one explain this? Is it down to education or family upbringing? I don't think its religious, because in terms of religious observance and belief Germans are probably somewhere in between British and US people.

The only answer I can come up with is that it would be deemed 'politically incorrect' and the people would start moaning.
Why can't authorities simply get the message across to muslims and other cultures that if they want to stay in our country (as most of them are immigrants which Tony let in!) then they have to abide by "our" rules, and intergrate into our way of life instead of complaining about how polictically incorrect society is (BBC has to be seen with at least 1 asian, black, white, welsh, scottish, and english man on the news...)
Any views anyone?

I always stuck by my Pentax film cameras (like the non-USA world did) and I feel your pain. Pentax was slow to get on the digital train and lost market share. If a woman takes fertility drugs to have children, should she ever be allowed to go on welfare if she has 6 or 7 kids? Consider the facts that the known side effect of fertility drugs are multiple births. If a woman becomes pregnant with that many children the chances of the kids being born with birth defects goes up significantly, leading to huge medical bills, and developmental problems. The odds of the mother needing assistance from the state are great. Since she knew the risk when she took the drugs, should we have to pay for her gamble?

Help! We're stuck on vacation in a rental RV, and so far haven't found a garage to work on it yet.

The gas guage shows about 1/4 tank of gas, but neither the engine, nor the generator, which both run off of the unleaded gas tank will start. They turn over, but won't start.

We are in Vail, so relatively high altitude, and the temperature outside is probably between 70-85.

The temp guage reads normal on the engine, and the battery level is OK (but getting lower with our starting attempts).

I figure since both the generator and the engine won't start it must be related to the fuel and tank area, and not the engine & transmission, as those probably wouldn't affect the generator.

Any ideas to try or know any good mobile mechanics in the Vail area?
