the landlord is trying to charge a 500 dollar pet fee two weeks after we moved. we told the landlord's mother we had a dog and she said it should be fine and didn't think anything of it. the lease says NOTHING about animals at all.

I'm 26, about 5'10, brown hair, green eyes, 145lbs. I'm very shy but when you get to know me I am very warm and honest. I am in my situation at my own will, I am trying to wait until marriage before I have sex. I am starting to worry that it is too late to find a girl like myself. How has it affected your relationships? Do you find it difficult to communicate with the people in your life that you love the most, and find yourself cutting them out of your life? More specifically, have you had to end a relationship because of it, but couldn't bring yourself to communicate any further with that person even if they were offering support and help?? I've found myself in this situation, and don't know what to do to help him. I'm trying to be a friend to him, but he's not very responsive to me and I don't know if I should leave him be or keep offering support and letting him know I am there so he knows that I haven't abandoned him. I'm just having a hard time trying to figure out his unresponsiveness. He doesn't seem to want anything to do with me

Mine are (in no particular order):

1. "The Mists of Avalon" by Marion Zimmer Bradley
2. "Outlander" by Diana Gabaldon (and all the other books in this series, to me it is just one long story)
3. "The Clan of the Cave Bear" by Jean Auel (again include the others)
4. "The Hunt for Red October" by Tom Clancy (Include other Jack Ryan books, but not the rest of the stuff he puts out.)
5. "The Stand" by Stephen King (can I say all other Stephen King?)
6. "Harry Potter" by J.K. Rowling (all of 'em, love it)
7. "The Thorn Birds" by Colleen McCollough(sp?)
8. "Illusions" by Richard Bach
9. "The Abandoned" by Paul Gallico
10. "Portrait of Jennie" by Robert Nathan

These might not be my absolute favorites, but they are pretty close.

I own a home and the amount of my mortgage is going to change within the next year to an amount I will not be able to afford to pay. I know that it was my dumb error for getting this loan so you don't need to remind me of that but at the same time I truthfully did not know this would happen otherwise I would not have gotten the loan. The person who did my loan did not explain the loan to me correctly and I was too trusting. Anyways because the house market is going down I can't find anyone to refinance me into an affordable loan and I also rented out the house just recently which is making it harder for me to refinance it as well. I am worried that when my house payments go up I am not going to be able to afford to pay the difference on the mortgage (I already have it rented out for higher then it should be rented for) and then my house is going to be foreclosed on while I have renters in it. Any tips, suggestion, or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

My husband is 11 years older then I am (he is 40 I am 29)..We have had a pretty good marriage however, lately he has completely closed up. He is ALWAYS in a bad mood and acts like he is disgusted to be around myself and our 3 year old boy. I keep the house clean, cook, take care of our son, work, and run to stay in shape. What gives? I have asked him and he continues to make excuses (too tired, long day at work, etc.) If he is unhappy why doesn't he just leave? I don't need him to stick around and make me feel like I am doing something wrong. I can't sleep or eat and I feel like I am walking on eggshells with him. I am so over it! Please help!

My son almost always uses his left hand, to eat, write, etc. Recently my mother-in law, has been watching him. I found out she has been making him use his right hand. I am afraid that this will cause him problems, and that the school, will do the same. I would be proud if he was a lefty, or if he was right handed. I just worry that changing it will effect him in the long run.

I've applied to transfer to Ohio University for this Fall 2007 quarter and have been admitted but haven't really done anything since because I thought my mind was made up to go to Ohio State University. But recently I have been thinking things over and have realized that Ohio University is a better suite for me since it's smaller. Does Anyone know if it is too late to go to OU? My gut feeling says no, since I've already been accepted into the school...but I'm not sure.
