Don't know if there is a website. Think about this: don't make each bag too heavy, put cans and boxes on the bottom, put fragile and soft things on top, put soaps and smelly things in their own bag, keep paper and fabric materials away from cold things that might sweat, put all cold things together to help them stay colder longer.

The store should train you. I doubt that there's a website. If the store doesn't give you any training, ask your supervisor for a few tips on how to do a good job.
