Whatever you do, don't match them or rhyme them, or anything like that. It deprives them of their individuality. Sure, they may think it's funny when they're little, but as they grow up they'll probably sound silly telling people their sibling's name is Kyle when their name is Kylie. My twin cousin's names are Ryan and Madison, which I think sound good together without being alike. Other names that sound good together:

Jeremy and Kelsey
Matthew and Kristen
David and Zoe
Claire and Avery
Sarah and Owen

If you don't care about whether the names match or not, just pick your favorite boy name and favorite girl name. If they happen to start with the same letter, so be it.

And even if you choose 2 names that don't sound great together, that'll establish the twins' separate identities even more.

I think anagrams (different names using the exact same letters) are a good way of naming twins if you want something similar or matching. That way they get their own individual name, but you've got that cute association.
Heres a few suggestions.
Sweet:
Aidan and Diana
Blaise and Isabel
Bryon and Robyn
Clay and Lacy
Neal and Lena

Traditional/unusual combo:
Alan and Lana
Adan (aidan) and Dana
Liam and Mila
Rolan and Lorna
Roman and Norma

Modern/unusual:
Axel and Lexa
Elias and Liesa
Ian and Nia
Rohan and Norah

Cute (older style):
Erich and Cheri
Andie and Diane
Dylan and Lynda
Erik and Keri
Ernie and Irene

Hope that helps! :)

Logan and Rose
Faye and Nathaniel
Francis and Olivia
William and Therese
Robert and Mary Kay
Michael and Danielle
Noah and Aubrie
Cody and Wendy
Tatum and Lacey
Jacob and Autumn
Matthew and Scarlett
Heath and Bella
Andrew and Lydia
Kevin and Cora
Samuel and Kylie
Kyle and Noah (Noah for a girl! Love it)
James and Morgan
Rome and Milana (just for kicks)
Berlin and London

for the last two suggestions, i thought i'd be funny to throw in there.
wouldn't it be funny if someone had 5 kids and their names were:
Paris, London, Berlin, Rome, and Milana?

As a twin I will tell you this much: Don't give them names that rhyme, stat with the same letter, or sound alike. Also, when my parents named us they considered a few things. Because we are all girls they wanted names that if we sent in an application to something it would be difficult to guess with certainty if we were male or female. Also they wanted names that, when we grew up and got jobs, sounded dignified. (ie. they didn't want names that ended in "ie" or "y" or could be shortened to a name of such) and finally they chose middle names that we could use if we didn't like our first names.
