My friend's girlfriend refuses to see "Transformers" (movie), however she drags him to every chick-flick and other movies, that he has no interest in seeing like "License to Wed". She claims to be a movie buff, but never sees any block buster movies, like Star Wars, etc.

To make matters worse, she insults my friend's and my opinion, by saying there are no good movies out right now, that "Transformers" is a kid's movie, not for adults. Kid meaning for 6-12 year olds. I told her, in front of my friend, to see the movie before coming to conclusions like that. She then told me I had poor taste in movies. That comment got me upset, but I bit my tongue.

Is her behavior acceptible, or should she suck it up, and see movies that her date would enjoy? Secondly is Transformers for adults as well as for kids? I thought it was for my generation, who grew up in the 1980's, as well as for kids. I am in my late 20's. So are my friend and his girlfriend.

Hello,
My wife is having weird symptoms leading her to believe shes pregnant. She was kinda sick a few days ago, shes had some cramps and soreness in her lower abdomen, she thinks her stomach is pouching out a little bit and she said she noticed colostrum was in her nipple. We had a baby aout 6 months ago so and she didnt breast feed so I dont know if the colostrum is from then, dont know how long it lasts. She had an IUD put in at her 6 weeks check up after the baby was born. So I was just curious to know if it was even possible to get pregnant with an IUD in, her OB said it was 99.9% effective so I dunno. Im at work right now and cant get a pregnancy test until I get off later tonight just wanted to get some opinions. Thanks!

our 1st month ttc...

i'm only about 4 of 5 dpo so i think it would be too early to have symptoms, but i've been having some cramping (menstrual-like cramps) which i don't get until right before my period and my breasts are sore (the left one more then the right?) and this never happens until around my period, although lately i haven't been having much breast tenderness during that time of the month..(or any, especially not around this time) could this be an early preggo symptom?

I am getting married next June, 2008. My fiance's brother is who we would like to have marry us. However, he is not ordained. I have heard one might get ordained through the internet, but have no idea where to start or if it's legitimate. Doctor at V.A. overdosed an employee(Desert Shield, Desert Storm Vet, decorated)which lead to his boss firing him. Same boss uttered a threat then lied. No action taken against him. Another employee under this man was slapped told to shut up. The man that did the slapping still has his job. The other man was presented pink slip. Two years ago, ex -director transferred after being unable to account for 4 million missing dollars.(IG report #04-02887-169) Nursing director has a no-restrainst policy for vets, not good for alzheimers patients or those needing it, even those an inspector told her to change the policy, she didn't. There have been numerous patient falls as a result. As a concerned citizen I would like to have some national publicity and see wrongs corrected. A Congressional rep. checked on one complaint, and said he believed what had happened concerning one boss, but the boss said it didn't so end of story. No futher investigation. Can anybody out there help ???? Please !!!!

I am half mexican, my grandmother came to this country a long time ago. If it wasnt for my grandmother coming to America I wouldnt be here right now. What is wrong with wanting freedom?
