Hi, I'm a 16 year old half buff guy... Well, I think... I've been doing karate for a while now and built up quite hard abs... But, the weird problem comes, I got some fat on top of it. Although it's hard and solid underneath when punching it, what good is there to it if you can't see the abs? I've been doing crunches, sit ups, side ups and ab machines. Though the abs are getting stronger, the fat on top remains! What should I do!?
