What exactly do you want to achieve? Since Viagra works to engorge the penis with blood and make it hard enough to have intercourse, there isn't really a corollary in women. If you need help with lubrication, a good lubricant would do that (my fave: ID Lube). If it's a problem with desire, she might be better off talking to a doctor or therapist if it's really a problem.
That said, I'm a woman and I took Viagra once. It made my genitals swell with blood (like I was REALLY, REALLY turned on) and made sex feel really good. So, you could do that for fun.

Maybe it is not a Viagra but herbal product, but its known for its power (if YKWIM): Horny Goat Weed.

i think with men that the mind is willing but the body in inable and that's where viagra steps in. with women the body being able would be a waste of a drug if the mind wasn't willing first
