So, nearing the end of the American Revolution, Benjamin Franklin, who's in his 80's, is in Paris, negotiating for arms and money from the French, along with John Adams. Adams' wife Abigail travels to Paris to be with her husband.

Anywho, they're out one night and discover Franklin *ahem* compromising not one, but two fair maidens young enough to be his granddaughters.

Mrs. Adams asks her husband, "Just what does Franklin think he's doing?"

Adams' reply: "He calls it 'diplomacy'."

so i was in like with a GOOD friend and he felt the same BUT we couldnt date because my ex of 5 years is alwso friends with him so out of respect we decided to stay friends. recently recieved a regular DUI in phoenix, AZ but I am from out of state, and am not back in Ohio. I was advised by a police acquaintance in phoenix that if i do not wish to deal with it, and if I do NOTHING about it, my drivers license in Arizona only will be suspended and I will have a warrant in Maricopa Cty (where Phoenix is), but that there would be no extradition or anyway it would follow me back to Ohio. Nothing would be on my record and I could more or less escape it all by not returning to that county for a while.
All I would need to do is avoid going back to Phoenix for a few years.

I know this is not the correct way to handle this, but can anyone with a legal background confirm this is a possible approach to avoid the dui being on my record and having to do fine/jail/classes for it? I was told as long as the warrant is out , there is no conviction - therefore nothing on my record in Ohio and also my drivers license in Ohio will not be effected.

I have heard several reasons about why people come here to Yahoo Answers to answer other people's questions.
But what I really want to know is why you ask questions on here? And especially regarding those who ask personal questions, what motivates you to put yourself out there like that? Thanks ^-^

I think if you are living off of other peoples income ( like welfare recipients), you should not be able to buy these things. I think if you are caught your payments should be stopped and you should be given vouchers for food at the local food bank instead. Cruel?

Would you be accepting, would it be a turn on fantasy come true, would it provoke an argument of honesty and trust, or would it be the final straw...???

I am seeing that a lot of men lately have been fascinated with dressing up as the opposite sex and enjoying it...not so much becasue they have homosexual fantasies, but because they are curious and to be honest, just like to experience what it is like to wear them.

So ladies, if you were to either come home and catch your man in your clothes...or even better..was out and about and caught him out dressed up as a woman...what would your inital reaction be...and how would you eventually feel and handle the situation...

Remember...he will most likely be embarrassed that you CAUGHT him in the act...so take that into account...

This is in the new cingular wireless commercial and the daughter is in Vegas with a questionable character.

The call is dropped while the mother is trying to explain not to maker her "mistake".

So she looks over her shoulder and gets bent out of shape and tries to explain over the phone but nobody hears her.

What exactly is she talking about when she is referring to the "mistake"?

iam sure there must be a good reason for this design, but the only thing i can think of is that it keeps the frost off the battery in the winter, if this is the case why not put it under the bonet & fit a lagging jacket (anti frost case) around the battery to keep the frost off,
